Cyril Vatev, proprietor of TANDEM, was chosen to be a chairman of association Traditional Raw-dried Meat Products. It was constituted by 27 companies in Varna during the celebration of the 15th anniversary from the establishing of Association of the Meat Processors in Bulgaria. The association will stand up for the old recipes for sausage production in Brussels. Initially the products will be with the association logo, but after having been approved by EU, a special sign for food with traditionally specific character will be put on them.
