HOW DID WE COOK THAT FOR YOU?

Both types of pork are flavoured with fragrant spices. They are prepared using the Sous Vide technology – by slow cooking in a vacuum at low temperatures. The lower temperature preserves the aroma, vitamins and nutritional
substances of the meat.
