Potato cream soup with hot dogs
Products for 4 portions
4-5 potatoes
50 g butter
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of yoghurt
4 hot dogs
1 rope of parsley
Cooking salt Pepper
Preparation
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
2. Blend the cooked potatoes while they are still warm and add the water in which they were boiled.
3. Add salt, butter and parsley and stir the mix on the stove.
4. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Mix the yoghurt with the yolks and add 4-5 spoons of the soup to the mix. Then, carefully pour the egg thickener into the pot while stirring constantly.
5. Cut the hot dogs into wheels and fry until golden.
6. Serve the soup by adding the fried hot dogs and fresh parsley.
