Tandem lukanka with a baked potato

- 50 g Tandem Maystor v Zanayata lukanka
- 1 potato
- 20 g butter
- 1/3 carrot
- 1 tbsp. frozen peas
- savoury
- 1/2 egg
- 1/2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- sea salt
- paprika
- 1/2 roasted pepper
- tomato
Preparation
Wash the potato, sprinkle with sea salt, wrap in aluminium foil and bake for one hour in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. Boil the finely chopped carrots and frozen peas in salted water. Cut the baked potato in half and carve it. Stew the onion in butter and add it to the mashed potatoes, adding the carrots and peas. Grate the yellow cheese and also add it to the potato mix; add the egg yolk, savoury, salt and pepper. Fill the potato with the mix, arrange the Tandem Maystor v Zanayata lukanka on top and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes and serve on a sauce of roasted peppers and tomatoes.
