Picnic bread with ham and lukanka salami
Products for 4 portions
Ingredients:
• 1 round loaf of bread (25 cm in diameter),
• 4 lettuce leaves,
• 1 small head of red onion cut into thin wheels,
• 2 tomatoes cut into thin wheels,
• 150 g yellow cheese cut into slices,
• 2 slices (80 g) of Prague ham,
• 2 slices of boiled ham,
• 2 slices of lukanka salami,
• butter or margarine for coating.
Preparation
1. Cut out a “lid” from the bread crust (about 1/3 of the thickness of the bread). Carve the inside of the bread from the bottom and from the canopy so that there is a layer of about 1 cm of bread remaining from the crust.
2. Grease the two inner parts of the bread with butter/margarine and arrange layers of different products in the lower part as follows: Prague ham, half of the yellow cheese, 2 leaves of lettuce, lukanka salami, tomatoes, onions, the remaining lettuce leaves, boiled ham and the remaining yellow cheese.
3. Place the bread lid on top and wrap the stuffed bread tightly in foil.
4. Serve cut into triangular pieces.
