Salad from turkey fillet, avocado and grapefruit
Products for 4 portions
Ingredients:
• 220 g Tandem turkey fillet
• 2 pcs. avocado
• 2 pcs. pink grapefruit
• 500 g arugula
• Juice from 1 lemon
• Balsamic vinegar
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
Preparation
For the dressing:
1. Mix 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1. Cut the turkey fillet into strips.
2. Cut the arugula by hand. Peel and slice the avocado.
3. Peel the grapefruit, remove the skin and cut them into cubes.
Place all products in a salad bowl and season with lemon juice and the dressing.
