Tortillas
Products for 4 portions
Ingredients:
• 200 g Tandem Burgas speck salami
• 8 eggs
• 2 large potatoes cut into thin slices
• salt, ground pepper
• olive oil
Preparation
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the potatoes with the salt and pepper and
fry over medium heat for 25 minutes.
2. In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the potatoes and the Burgas salami you have chopped into cubes in advance. Stir the mix and leave for a while.
3. Using a ladle, scoop out some of the mix and pour it into a pan greased with olive oil. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then turn the tortilla over and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Spread the remaining mix and cook as described.
