Gratin with cream cheese, zucchini and boiled ham
Products for 4 portions
Ingredients for 4 servings:
• 200 g Tandem boiled ham
• 1 kg zucchini
• 250 g cream cheese
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1 rope of dill
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• pepper
Preparation
1. Peel a zucchini and cut it into cubes. Then stew it in olive oil with some water.
2. Beat the eggs together with the cheese, flour, dill and pepper.
3. Cut the ham into cubes.
4. Pour the stewed zucchini on the bottom of a tray, spread the sliced ham on top and pour in the egg and cheese mix. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
5. The dish is served garnished with tomatoes.
