Spicy rice with Mountain salami
Products for 4 portions
Ingredients:
• 350 g Tandem Mountain salami
• 1 tcp. rice
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red pepper
• 1 tomato
• 2 chilli peppers
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tcp. peas (frozen or canned)
• 2 tbsp. oil
• 50 ml white wine
• 100 ml chicken broth (cube)
• cumin, coriander, pepper
• 1 rope of parsley
Preparation
1. Boil the rice in boiling water and strain.
2. In a saucepan, fry the sliced salami and onion, the peppers cut into strips, the chilli peppers and garlic.
3. Add the peeled and sliced tomatoes, peas and spices, stir and add the wine and broth.
4. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and add the cooked rice and parsley, stir and serve warm.
