Easter bread sandwich with Royal veal Ham
Products for 4 portions
1 pack of Tandem Royal veal ham
2 tomatoes
½ 1 cucumber
3-4 stalks of scallions
4 hard-boiled eggs
8 slices of Easter bread or brioche
4 tbsp. mustard
50 g soft butter
100-150 g yellow cheese cut into slices
Preparation
Cut the tomato slices, cucumber, onion and eggs into wheels and arrange them in a suitable plate.
Heat a grill plate or а pan.
Smear a slice of Easter bread with mustard, place yellow cheese and 2 slices of ham on top. Smear some mustard on a second slice and cover the ham.
Smear the outside of the sandwich with butter and place it on the grill. Press lightly and toast for about 2 minutes until well-browned. Smear the upper slice of Easter bread with butter, flip over and toast for another 2 minutes.
Serve the sandwiches cut in half with some salad.
