Salad with roasted pears, figs and Tandem Royal Honeybaked ham

Ingredients:
180 g Tandem Royal Honeybaked ham
6-7 figs
2-3 pears
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
2-3 tsp. balsamic reduction of figs
50 g melted butter
Feld salad for serving

Preparation
Cut the pears in half, clean the seeds out and cut them in half in length.
Put them in a baking tray, pour the melted butter in and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Cut the figs into slices and prepare the Honeyed ham slices.
Arrange the pears on a serving platter, then place the salad, ham and figs around them.
Drizzle with roasted pear sauce and balsamic fig reduction.
