Skewers with Tandem Beer Sausages and vegetables
Products for 4 portions
1 pack of Tandem Beer Sausages
2 pcs. zucchini
1 head of red onion
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice from ½ lemon
½ 1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper grains
For the potato salad:
3 large potatoes
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 stalk of scallion
2 tsp. apple vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces. Cut the washed zucchini into thick ½-centimetre wheels and put them in a large bowl together with the onion.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the oregano, lemon zest and lemon juice and stir.
Peel the beer sausages and cut each one in half.
Put the products on wooden skewers, alternating between beer sausages and the vegetables and putting 3 pieces of beer sausage on each skewer.
Grill on a well-heated grill pan or barbecue for about 8-10 minutes, periodically turning the skewers.
Add the sliced green onions, mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar to the potatoes boiled in salted water. Mix well and serve with the warm skewers.
