Taratta with turkey ham, broccoli and mushrooms

Ingredients:
100 g mushrooms, finely chopped
some olive oil
500 g puff pastry
100 g. Tandem turkey ham cut into cubes
8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
16 small broccoli florets
100 g hard yellow cheese cut into cubes
Preparation
1. Heat the oven to 200°C. Stew the mushrooms in some olive oil until soft, then remove them from the pan. Boil the broccoli in boiling water for a few minutes until soft.
2. Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 14-by-14 cm squares (with a serrated knife, if you have one). Pierce the inside of the squares in several places with a fork and transfer to a baking tray.
3. Spread the mushrooms between the four squares and arrange the other ingredients on top. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden.
