Broccoli cream soup with toasted bacon
Products for 6 portions
• 100 g Tandem bacon
• 1 kg broccoli
• 60 g butter
• 500 ml milk
• 240 g cheese spread
• 250 ml liquid cream
Preparation
1. Clean the broccoli and wash them.
2. Put them in a saucepan with the milk, butter, cheese spread and some water.
3. Let it boil on the stove until the broccoli gets soft.
4. Blend, add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the soup with toasted or crispy bacon.
