Tandem Hot Dog

- • 2 Tandem hot dogs
- • 30 g Tandem bacon
- • 1 sesame baguette
- • 25 g flour
- • 25 g butter
- • 100 ml milk
- • salt
- • freshly ground pepper
- • nutmeg

- • 20 g cheese
- • starch
- • mustard
- • lemon
- • 15 g corn
- • 3 mushrooms
- • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- • 1 boiled egg
Preparation
Peel and prepare the Tandem hot dogs. Prepare the Béchamel sauce by frying the flour in butter and gradually adding the boiled milk while stirring constantly. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cut the baguette in length almost to the base, place the scalded hot dog and pour the Béchamel sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and diced bacon on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onion into very fine slices. Bread them in starch and fry them in an oil bath until golden while stirring constantly. Serve the hot dog on egg salad with hot dogs, corn, mushrooms, mustard, salt and mayonnaise. Sprinkle the fried onion on top.
