Pizza on toast with Burgas salami
Products for 4 portions
4 slices of bread
70 ml tomato sauce
½ Tandem Burgas salami
2 cloves of garlic
1 roasted red pepper
140 g Tandem yellow cheese
2 mushrooms cut into very thin slices
50 g chopped green olives
1 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
Cut the salami into thin circles and set aside.
Put the slices of bread in a baking tray and bake until golden for 8-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden and crispy.
Remove the tray from the oven and rub the crispy bread with a clove of garlic.
Cover the bread with the tomato sauce, then spread the grated yellow cheese on top.
Put thin slices of mushroom, add sliced roasted pepper on top and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Arrange the slices of salami on top and bake for 5-6 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Serve warm.
