Portobello mushrooms with Via Natura ham, herbs and yellow cheese
Products for 2 portions
4 slices of Tandem Via Natura ham
4 Portobello mushrooms
50 g Tandem cow's milk yellow cheese cut into cubes
6-7 cherry tomatoes
5-6 fresh thyme sprigs
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stumps and place them in a baking tray.
Cut four tomatoes into quarters and put them in the mushrooms together with several thyme leaves. Add salt, season with white pepper and pour a some olive oil on top.
Put the remaining tomatoes around the mushrooms and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Remove the tray from the oven.
Cut the slices of ham in half in length, fold slightly and place 2 pieces on each mushroom where you have already put a few cubes of yellow cheese.
Fixate with a cocktail stick, place a few more cubes of yellow cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
